Additional Trip Details
Guides are very knowledgeable. If you don’t have much experience they are happy to teach you. These trips last all day and include a delicious, largely locally sourced and organic lunch on the river. The North and Middle Forks of the Flathead River typically become fishable around the end of June and remain enjoyable into autumn. Bring your own gear or use your guide’s.
Montana Fishing License
All trips require the purchase of a Montana fishing license prior to your arrival at our office. We recommend printing one online — you can click HERE to access the Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks website. Most fly shops and sporting goods stores in Montana sell them as well.
Glacier National Fly Fishing Meeting Notes
In late June through Labor Day, meet your guide at our office at 8:30 AM. After Labor Day, due to cooling temperatures, meet your guide at 9:30 AM. Click on directions for how to find us.
