With a bit of summer snow gracing Logan Pass, we’re still getting after it for memories that will last a lifetime. Late last week brought our favorite combination of winter sport and summer sport lovers sharing one of the best spaces in the park. The full length of Going-to-the-Sun Road is expect The full length of Going-to-the-Sun Road is expected to open to motorized vehicles Monday, June 16, for the 2025 summer season, per a news release from Glacier National Park! As a reminder, timed entry vehicle reservations are required to enter Going-to-the-Sun Road from the west side of the park for those traveling by vehicle or motorcycle from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning June 13 through September 28, 2025. Complete information on timed entry vehicle reservations can be found online at https://www.nps.gov/glac/planyourvisit/vehicle-reservations.htm. As in 2024, timed entry vehicle reservations will not be required to enter Going-to-the-Sun Road from the east side of the park at the St. Mary Entrance. Remember to always abide by bicycle etiquette on one of the world’s most beautiful roads 🚲 📸: @keaton_mais_photography_

Going to the Sun Road is open ALL the way through for hikers and bikers (with a Temporary closure from the West a 1/2 mile past Road Camp: updated 1:36PM on 6/7).
