About Cedar View Guest House
We are fully licensed by the State of Montana as a Public Accommodation. We’ve equipped the Guest House with anything you might need throughout your stay. You’ll enjoy air conditioning on the main level and radiant heat in the tile floors. The entire house is extremely well insulated. Verizon cell service is typically good at this location. There is also a landline available. Free wireless internet is available throughout the house – though keep in mind that Montana is known for its wide open spaces, not its WiFi.
2025 Glacier National Park Vacation Rental Rates
- Regular season rates: June 15th to September 30 – $570 a night, and $175 cleaning fee per stay. 8% Montana accommodations tax not included.
- Early season rates: May 1st to June 14th – $342 a night, and $175 cleaning fee per stay. 8% Montana accommodations tax not included.
- Late season rates: October 1st to October 15th – $342 a night, and $175 cleaning fee per stay. 8% Montana accommodations tax not included.
- Four night minimum stay required in July and August. In other months, a three night minimum required.
- No pets.
- Check in is at 4:30 pm at the Glacier Guides and Montana Raft main office just east of the Guest House – directions below.

The Details
This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath Glacier National Park vacation rental can easily accomodate 6 people and features all the comforts of home. Enjoy the full size kitchen, living room, dining area, and entertainment area. There’s a big screen TV and a foosball table! For sleeping, the upstairs Master has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with tiled shower. The second bedroom upstairs also features a queen size bed. The other upstairs, full bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and offers a shower/tub combination. Downstairs is an open layout, with 1 queen, 2 twins, and a futon/fold out sleeper sofa. There is a full downstairs bathroom with shower/tub combination.
What To Do While You’re Here
Explore Glacier National Park! In the summertime, this vacation rental is a great base for rafting, biking, hiking, and fishing with Glacier Guides and Montana Raft. The Guest House provides easy access for nordic Glacier National Park adventures in winter. It is located about 45 minutes from the chairlifts at Whitefish Mountain Resort.

Upstairs
Upstairs, you’ll find a full kitchen, a spacious dining area, a living room with two sofas and flat screen TV with satellite, and a sun room for relaxing. The kitchen has a gas range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, glassware, silverware, and a huge island for cooking and entertaining.
Also upstairs are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has one queen bed with an en suite bathroom featuring a tiled shower. The second bedroom has one queen bed with a full bathroom accessed off the hall. There is a shower/tub combination in that bathroom.
Our mattresses are extremely comfortable and were built locally in Bozeman, MT. Our linens are sewn in the USA and are luxuriously soft. Washer, dryer, ironing board, and utility sink are also located on this level.
Downstairs
Downstairs, the daylight basement is one large open area with one queen bed in a nook of its own, another nook with two twin beds, and a fold out sleeper futon in the lounge area. There is a flat screen TV with satellite, an old fashioned foosball table, and WiFi for your entertainment. Also downstairs is another full bathroom, with a shower/tub combo.
Outside
Outside, you’ll find a large patio, a balcony, and a porch. A gas grill awaits your steaks and veggie burgers. The outside area is large, with plenty of parking and room for towed units such as campers or boats. There’s lots of room for kids to run around, too.
How Close Is The House to Glacier National Park?
The location is very convenient to the main entrance to Glacier National Park, 1.5 miles away. You’ll feel removed from the hustle and bustle of town in the house’s secluded wooded setting, but you’re just a 2 minute drive from the town of West Glacier. You can safely and easily bike or walk to West Glacier, as the Guest House is located on the Gateway to Glacier Bike Path! You can also bike into the neighboring towns of Coram, Martin City, and Hungry Horse.

Location & Directions
For Check In: please come to our main office at Glacier Guides and Montana Raft, located 1.5 miles west of West Glacier on Highway 2. Look for our Glacier Guides and Montana Raft sign on the north side of the highway between mile marker 151 and 152. Look for the blue school bus and blue raft marking the turn!
