Description: We run our overnight trips mostly on the North Fork of the Flathead River, which borders the western side of Glacier National Park. This river supports native West Slope Cutthroat along with Rainbow and some Brook trout. You’ll be fishing from a dory which can accommodate 2 people. Our guides are very knowledgeable, and if you don’t have much experience they will be happy to teach you some handy techniques. Enjoy fly-fishing at it’s best with our friendly and knowledgeable guides, and camp under starry skies at night.  All meals and camping gear included.  Our rivers become fishable around the beginning of July.

All trips require the purchase of a Montana fishing license prior to your arrival at our office. We recommend printing one online — you can click HERE to access the Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks website. Most fly shops and sporting goods stores in Montana sell them as well.

Meeting Notes: Meet your guide at 9 AM at our office. We are located 1.5 miles west of West Glacier, on Highway 2. Look for our sign (Montana Raft/Glacier Guides Inc.) on the north side of the highway between mile marker 151 and 152.  Our property is just off the highway tucked in the trees.  When you see our sign turn to the north and you will see us shortly thereafter.  Due to cooler temperatures in September our meeting time is at 10:30 AM.
